1. Using your remote control tune to Channel 700
2. Arrow up and down until the selection you want is highlighted
3. Press select -- Details about your selection will now show on the screen
4. Confirm your selection and enter your 4-digit PIN (this will be 0000 unless you have changed it)
That's it! If you have premium service, change the settings on your remote to VOD and you will be able to stop, start and even rewind your movie in progress. If you selected a movie, the movie is yours for 24 hours.
